The loaner remains the property of Montana Braille Wright. The existing loaner program includes specific terms for return, care, shipping, and responsibility for loss or damage.
Loaner Brailler Agreement
These are the terms provided with the existing loaner program.
- Purpose of Loaner. A loaner brailler may be provided while your brailler is being serviced by Montana Braille Wright. The loaner remains the property of Montana Braille Wright at all times.
- Return Requirement. The loaner brailler must be returned within 10 days of receiving your repaired machine. A pre-addressed Free Matter return label will be provided.
- Condition of Loaner. You agree to take reasonable care of the loaner brailler and return it in the same condition in which it was received, aside from normal wear.
- Loss or Damage. If the loaner is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear, you may be responsible for repair or replacement costs.
- Shipping. Loaners are shipped via Free Matter for the Blind unless another method is requested and at your expense. You agree to return the loaner using the provided Free Matter label unless you choose a paid shipping method to assure the brailler is returned safely.
- Contact Information. You must provide accurate return shipping information.
- Agreement. By requesting a loaner brailler, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
