What braille services do you offer?
Certified UEB braille transcription, Nemeth math formatting, braille document conversion, and braille production services for schools, libraries, and vocational rehabilitation agencies nationwide.
Do you repair Perkins Braillers and other braille equipment?
Yes. The existing site describes braillewriter repair and maintenance for Perkins Braillers and other braille equipment, with careful mechanical restoration and testing.
Can I request remote braille transcription?
The Wix FAQ says yes. Files can be submitted electronically and returned as BRF or PDF formats.
Do you offer loaner braillers?
Loaner machines are available on request while a customer's brailler is being serviced. The loaner agreement contains the return and care terms.
What formats can be transcribed?
The Wix transcription page lists Literary UEB, Nemeth for math and science, tactile graphics when needed, and textbooks, manuals, menus, forms, handouts, and more.
Do you provide tactile graphics?
Tactile graphics are identified as part of the transcription offering when needed, including maps, diagrams, and public information in the public-organization material.
Who do you serve?
The site identifies schools, vocational rehabilitation agencies, state agencies, blind and low-vision adults, families of students who braille, libraries, and public organizations.
Do you provide general tutoring?
No. The existing site states that general educational tutoring or support for other learning challenges is outside the service scope.
